To Poach the
Eggs
Ingredients
8 large Free Range Naturally Fed Organic Eggs
1/2 a tsp of Homemade Vinegar
Or 1 tsp of Raw Sugar
Method
Half fill a
30cm (12in) pan with water & bring it to the boil, add the vinegar (or sugar
this helps the whites to stay intact) optional.
Reduce the heat to a low simmer & gently place the eggs
in the water.
Simmering them
for 3 to 4 minutes or until the whites have set but the yolks are still runny,
remove the eggs from the water and allow any water to drain away.
