Ingredients for 4
people
12 to 15 Organic Asparagus Spears, with the hard stalk ends
cut off
2 large Ripe Organic Tomatoes
1 med Organic Onion, finely sliced
8 Organic Free Range Naturally Fed Eggs
1/2 a cup of Organic Whole Cream or Coconut Cream
1/4 of a cup of Fresh Organic Oregano
1/4 of a cup of Homemade or Organic Grated Cheese
1/4 of a tsp of Sea Salt
1/4 of a tsp of Organic White pepper
Coconut Oil, Organic Animal Lard or pure Unsalted Organic
Butter
Variations
Add Organic Mushrooms, Garlic, Home-cured Bacon or Ham,
Seafood’s, Sunflower or Sesame
Sprouts, Fresh Corn, Capsicum, Green Leafy Vegetables etc
Method
Steam the whole asparagus for a few minutes but leaving it
still very firm.
Whisk together the eggs, cream, spices salt and pepper in a
bowl.
Assemble all the vegetables in an oven dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and sprinkle the
cheese on top.
Bake in over @ 1800 degC (350 degF) for 10 to 15 minutes.
