Ingredients
250g of diced Fresh Ripe Organic Beef Tomatoes
1 Whole Organic Green Chilies, sliced finely
1 small Organic Onion, roughly diced
1 Large Clove of Organic Garlic, crushed and diced
1 tsp of Raw Honey
1/4 of a tsp of Ground Organic Black Cumin
1/2 a Tsp of fresh Organic Thyme
1 Handful of washed Organic Coriander Leaves
The Juice of one Organic Lime
Sea Salt & Cracked Organic Black Pepper to taste
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor
and pulse them for 20 seconds or until the salsa is of a consistency you like,
adjust seasoning. Keep it in a sterile, airtight, foodsafe container for up to
a week refrigerated; you can also culture it by adding 1 tbsp of Whey Liquid
(Mesophilic Culture) and following the directions for culturing in the
introduction.
