Easy Grilled Fish Receipe

Ingredients
25 to 30 g of Ocean Caught Fresh Fish fillets
1 Organic Ripe Tomato, Sliced
1/2 a tsp of Fresh Organic Lemon Juice
1 tbsp of Grated Homemade or Organic Cheese
A sprinkling of Organic Fresh Herbs

Method
Carefully check the fish for bones then place it on an oven proof dish.
Drizzle a little lemon over the fish and add the sliced tomatoes & the cheese.
Place under an overhead Grill or in the oven and cook until the fish is firm but not over cooked, carefully pour off any surplus liquid and re-plate it and serve.
Or poach in fresh water with the lemon juice by placing the fish in a small saucepan with enough water to just cover it and simmer it for several minutes then turn off heat and allow it to finish cooking in the remaining heat, do not overcook it, place the sliced tomato and cheese on top and grill until the cheese is melted under an overhead grill or in an oven.

All the Biscuits & Cakes in this book are suitable for Babies and Toddlers but it is essential to give them to babies in sizes that are either too small to choke on or large enough so they can hold but not swallow them whole, avoid giving babies dried fruit or nuts as they are a choking hazard unless finely cut up.
