Easy Homemade Pasta Recipe


Homemade Pasta with Carrot, Broccoli, Cauliflower & Cheese

Ingredients

Homemade Fresh Pasta
1/3 of a cup of Homemade Mozzarella or Organic Cheddar Cheese
1/4 of a cup of Organic sliced Carrots
1/4 of a cup of Organic Broccoli Florets
1/4 of a cup of Organic Cauliflower Florets
A sprinkling of Organic Mixed Herbs
2 tsp of Homemade or Organic Oyster Sauce
1/2 a tsp of Cashew flour
1/2 a cup of Pure Fresh Water
1 tbsp of coconut Oil
Sea Salt & Pepper to (kids taste) omit the salt if used in any of the other ingredients

Method
Place the fresh noodles in a saucepan of boiling salted water and cook for about 3 to 4 min or until al dente then drain.
Place the coconut oil in a wok or fry pan and heat, add the carrots and sauté for 2 minutes, add the Broccoli & Cauliflower and sauté 2 minutes sprinkle the cashew flour into the wok and stir to mix with the oil, then add the water and oyster sauce and stir to thicken the sauce, Taste test and adjust the seasoning if necessary. If the sauce gets too thick add a little more water.
Plate the noodles on a plate and arrange the vegetables on top followed by the cheese then serve.
