Ingredients
3 cups of Organic Soy Free Macaroni or Homemade Pasta
1 cup of Homemade or Organic Cheese
1/4 of a cup of Organic finely Diced Fresh Tomatoes
1/4 of a cup of Organic finely Diced Fresh Onion
1/4 of a cup of Organic Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese or
Homemade Cheese
1 cup of Coconut Cream or Pure Free Range Organic Cream
1/8 of a tsp of Sea Salt, omit if salt is used in any of the
other ingredients
1 tsp of Coconut Oil or Organic Pure Unsalted Butter
Method
Place the coconut oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion in
it for a few minutes, add the tomato and continue cooking until they are
tender.
Place the Macaroni in a saucepan of boiling salted water and
cook until al dente then drain and return to the saucepan.
Place the saucepan over a medium to low heat and add the
tomato & onion mixture, the cheese and cream and cook stirring until
thickened.
