Watermelon Soda Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups of Organic Watermelon, Diced
1 cup of Pure Fresh Water
1/4 of a tsp of Raw Honey (optional)
3 to 4 tbsp of Homemade Whey
1/2 a tsp of Sea Salt

Method
Blend the watermelon, water honey & salt in blender until smooth.
Place in a food safe container and add the whey, then stir to mix and cover with cheesecloth or similar secured with a rubber band and leave at room temperature for 1 day.
Do the taste test and decide if you like it as is, or wish to ferment it a little longer, when happy with the flavor drink right away or place in refrigerator. The sugars are consumed by the fermentation process so the longer you leave it the tarter it will become.
Variations; try adding a small amount of Organic fresh herbs or other fruit
