Easy Red Chili Sauce Recipe

How to make Red Chili Sauce?

Ingredients
1/4 of a cup of Organic Red Onions, diced
1                  stalk of Lemongrass, minced
2                  Organic Red Chilies, diced
4 cloves of Organic Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp of Organic Ginger, chopped
2 tbsp of Homemade or Organic Tomato ketchup or Sauce
1 tsp of ground Organic Dried Black Cumin
1 tsp of ground Organic Dried Coriander
1/2 a tsp of ground Organic White Pepper
1 tsp of Homemade or Organic Fish Sauce
1 tbsp of Raw Honey
1 to 2 tbsp of Organic Red Chili Powder, depending on how hot you like it
1                  tsp of Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
2                  tbsp of Fresh Organic Lime Juice
3                  tbsp of Coconut Cream

Method
Place all ingredients in a food processor bowl and process adding more coconut cream if needed to process to a fine paste.
If you wish to make Red Chili Sauce add some more coconut cream to get the consistency you require.
This paste can be kept in the refrigerator in a sterile, airtight, foodsafe container for about a month or frozen. To culture it add 2 tbsp of mesophilic culture when it has cooled and follow the directions in the introduction.
