Easy Green Chili Sauce Recipe


How to make Green Chili Sauce? Read below!

Ingredients
1 stalk of Organic Lemongrass, minced
6 Organic Green Chilies, diced
1 small Organic Green Capsicum, diced
4 cloves of Organic Garlic, diced
2 tbsp of Organic Ginger, minced
1/4 of a cup of Organic Spring Onions orWhite Onions, chopped
1/4 of a cup of Organic Coriander leaves, chopped
1                  tsp of Organic Lime Leaves, minced or Lime zest minced
2                  tbsp of fresh Organic Lime Juice
2 tbsp of Homemade or Organic Fish or Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp of Organic Green Peppercorns
1 tbsp of Homemade or Organic Vinegar
1 tbsp of Cold Pressed Coconut Oil

Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process to a fine paste.
If you need to, add some coconut cream to help the processor.
If you wish to make Green Chili Sauce add enough coconut cream to get the consistency you require. This paste will keep for several days refrigerated in a sterile, airtight, foodsafe container or can be frozen. To culture it add 1 tbsp of mesophilic culture when it has cooled and follow the directions in the introduction.
