1 or 2 tsp of Homemade or Organic Cheese
Method
Homemade cheese is good for babies because the culturing
process used to make cheese makes milk protein easier to digest and it helps to
develop good bacteria in the gut.
If the cheese is soft like cottage or cream cheese mix with
a little milk to make a smooth paste if the cheese is firm, chop it finely to
avoid the possibility of choking and allow your baby to suck the small pieces
of cheese.
Feed your baby a small amount at a time, once in the am and
again in the pm and then again on the second day. Watch closely for any adverse
reaction
