Broccoli or Sunflower Seed Sprouts Recipe


this is simple receipe for your baby

Ingredients
1 tbsp of Fresh Organic Broccoli or Sunflower Seed Sprouts
1 tbsp of Ripe Organic Avocado

Method
Peel the avocado and remove the seed (the most nutritious part of any avocado is the darker green area just under the skin).
Remove any husk or skin from the seed and rinse the sprouts in clean pure fresh water until the water is clear. This will remove any enzyme inhibitors that are naturally present in all seeds and nuts. Mash the sprouts either by hand or in a food processor with the avocado to form a paste, a small amount of your babies normal milk or fresh coconut milk can be added.
Feed your baby a small amount at a time, once in the am and again in the pm and then again on the second day. Watch closely for any adverse reactions.
