Grilled Tomatoes with Cheese and Herbs Recipe


Ingredients for 4 people
8 medium Ripe Organic Red Tomatoes
1 tbsp of Organic Mixed Herbs
Organic, Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Sea Salt & Organic Cracked Black Pepper to taste
Organic or Homemade Cheddar Cheese

Method
Cut the top and base from the tomatoes then cut them in half crosswise.
Place them on a grilling tray or dish. Sprinkle them liberally with mixed herbs and the cheeses.
Season with Salt and Pepper, then place them under a grill or in oven and bake until soft and cheese has browned slightly.
