& 1/2 cups of Organic Vegetable Flour
2
medium Free Range Organic Eggs
1/2 a tsp of Sea Salt
1/2 a tsp of Baking Soda
1 tbsp of Raw Honey
1/2 a tsp of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar or Homemade Raw
Vinegar
Method
In a large bowl, combine the vegetable flour, salt and
baking soda.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, and then add the honey and
vinegar.
Then stir the wet ingredients into the dry to make a smooth
batter.
Pour the batter into a well-greased loaf pan, and bake it @
200 deg C (400 degF) for 45-55 until a skewer or knife inserted in the center
comes out clean.
Leave the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes then take out and
place on wire rack to cool.
