Ingredients
Organic Fresh or Dried herbs (Dried herbs should not be more
than 6 months old to retain their flavor and the benefits of their essential
oils)
Pure Fresh water
Raw unpasteurized Honey
Organic Fresh lemon, Orange or Lime etc
Method
Bring the water just to the boil.
Use only glass, china or food grade stainless for the cups
teapots or mugs, do not use plastic or aluminum as these both give off toxins
especially when heated.
Preheat the tea pots and cups or mugs with boiling hot
water.
Crush or bruise the fresh or dried herbs with back of spoon
or rub with hands to release the oils in the herbs, these oils are what gives
the flavor to the tea.
Place the herb or herbs in cup or teapot and pour hot water
over them.
Steep the herb tea for 3 to 5 minutes to obtain the best
flavor.
