Ingredients
1/4 cup of Fresh Organic Apple, choose an apple that is
naturally sweet
1/4 of a cup of Pure Fresh water
Method
Peel and core the apple then chop it into small pieces and
place it in a small saucepan with enough Pure Fresh Water to just cover it, and
simmer until tender.
Drain the apple and allow to cool then mash it with a fork
and feed your baby a small amount at a time, once in the am and again in the pm
and then again on the second day. Watch closely for any adverse reaction.
“An Apple a Day” as the old saying goes is indeed good
for your health. Apples are truly a wonder fruit and they may be one on your
baby’s first foods.
