Tomato Ketchup Recipe 3

Ingredients
3/4 of a cup of Homemade or Organic Tomato Paste
1/4 of a cup of Homemade Vinegar or Organic White Wine Vinegar
1/4 of a cup of Pure Fresh Water
2 tbsp of Raw Honey
1 tsp of Organic Onion Powder
1 tsp of Organic Garlic Powder
1 tsp of Fresh Ground Organic Black Pepper
1 Tbsp of Organic dry Mustard

Method
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Allow to infuse for 30 minutes before using. This sauce will keep for up to 2 weeks in a sterile, airtight, foodsafe container, or it can be cultured using 1tbsp of Mesophilic culture and following the directions in the introduction.
