How to make Smooth Mustard Sauce?
Ingredients
1/3 of a cup of Organic Mustard Seeds
1/3 of a cup of Homemade or Organic Vinegar
1 tbsp of Raw Honey
1tsp of ground Organic Turmeric
1 tsp of Organic Dried Tarragon
1/3 of a cup of boiling Hot Pure Fresh Water
1/2 of a tsp of Sea Salt
1/8 of a tsp of Organic Cayenne Pepper
Dry white Wine to use if needed
Method
Place the tarragon in the boiling water and make a
"tea" and allow it to cool then place all of the ingredients in a
blender and blend until it forms a smooth paste.
Add 1 or 2 tbsp of water or dry white wine to thin if
necessary Place the finished sauce while still hot into hot sterilized,
airtight, foodsafe containers and seal. This sauce will keep for about a month
refrigerated. Mustard sauces tend to lose the flavor and strength after about a
month so are unsuitable for culturing.
