Ingredients
1 cup of Organic Fresh Fruit, you can use 1 type or an
assortment
1 cup of Organic Fresh Homemade Fruit Juice
1 tbsp of Organic Free Range Gelatin
Or Organic Agar-agar
1 cup of Pure Fresh Water
Method
Place the
water in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stir in the gelatin or if using
agar-agar add it before the water boils and stir it to dissolve, then add the
fruit juice and mix it to combine then allow it to cool, and place it in the
refrigerator.
Peel and
remove any stones or hard parts then, chop the fruit finely or puree it and add
it to the jelly when it starts to set and stir it in.
Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
