How to make Hot Chili Tomato Sauce? read this recipe
Ingredients
500g of Fresh Organic Ripe Red Tomatoes
10 whole Organic Cloves of Garlic
1 medium Organic Onion, diced
6 tbsp of Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
2 Organic Whole Red Chilies, more if you like it hotter
Sea Salt and Freshly ground or cracked Black Pepper to taste
Pure fresh water as needed
Method
Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili and oil in a food
processor or blender and puree adding a little pure fresh water as needed to
make a smooth sauce like consistency, put it through a sieve to remove any
seeds or hard parts. Then place it all in a heavy bottomed saucepan and simmer
covered for about 60 minutes stirring occasionally to avoid burning. Add a
little pure fresh water if needed. This sauce can be kept refrigerated for up
to a week or cultured by adding 2 tbsp of mesophilic culture and following the
directions in the Introduction.
